Over the past few weeks I’ve been cooking up a storm in the De’Longhi Multifry and today I’m thrilled to be giving you the chance to win your very own multi cooker. Not only does this nifty kitchen appliance cut down cooking time but it’s also healthier too as foods require very little oil to fry. It seems there’s nothing the De’Longhi Multifry can’t do. I’ve been cooking french fries, pizzas, cakes and even risotto (it actually stirs the risotto while it cooks it – winning!). I also made a delicious Gluten-Free Walnut Slice and super easy Gingerbread Men.

Ingredients
  1. 4 x Salmon fillets
  2. 2 x Oranges
  3. 2 x garlic cloves
  4. Chives: to taste
  5. 1 x Lemon
  6. 2Tbs Olive oil
  7. Salt: to taste
Instructions
  1. Wash the salmon fillets and place in dish with freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, zest from both fruits, olive oil, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. When finished marinating, put a double sheet of aluminium foil on a work surface, lay fillets inside along with some of the marinade, season with salt and chives and a few slices of orange. Close the packet.
  3. Put the packet inside the Multifry bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to bake and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook for 30 min. Open the packet, let evaporate and serve garnished with fresh orange.
