If you’re after a quick, tasty meal then you’ll love these simple Slow Cooked Pulled-Pork & Coleslaw Burgers using Tip Top’s new Deluxe Burger Buns. They look amazing, taste delicious, are better for you than takeaway and only take a few minutes to whip up.

Ingredients
Tip Top Bakery Deluxe Burger Buns
Hellers Pulled-Pork
Vitalbones Slaw
Avocado

Method
Toast both sides of the buns (Tip Top’s new Deluxe Burger Buns are amazing) in the oven on high for a few minutes until golden brown. Microwave the pulled pork for 50 seconds and start pilling high on your buns. Slice the avocado and place on top then drizzle with Japanese dressing (this comes inside the packet of Vitalbones Slaw) over the top.
