Getting enough greens can often be a tad tricky so why not add a simple green smoothie to your regular repertoire? Green smoothies are a great way to get your quota of green goodness. To get you into the green smoothie groove take a look at my go-to green recipe smoothie below. But remember you’re only limited to your imagination so get creative with your ingredients.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Tbs nut butter
  • splash of coconut water
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 avocado
  • cucumber slices

Add all of the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
