Winter Wellness: Simple Green Tea Latte Smoothie

In winter it’s often hard to get enough healthy foods into our diets but adding them to a smoothie makes it quick and easy – not to mention delicious. So today, in the second part of my six week winter wellness series, I’ve made a creamy Green Tea Smoothie.

If you often find yourself running late in the mornings and skipping breakfast you’re going to love this one. 

Take a look at how easy it is to whip up in the video below and why it’s especially good for you. 




  • 1 frozen banana
  • large dollop of Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk 


Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz for around 30 seconds.
