  1. Preheat the grill to around 220 degrees c.
  2. Cut the bread stick into thin slices and place on a baking tray.

Red Pepper Hummus Cups

Above: A telegraph cucumber cut into bite size pieces makes a perfect little edible cup for hummus.

  1. Score the outside of a telegraph cucumber with a veggie peeler to create stripes.
  2. With a small spoon, remove the centre of the cucumber making sure to leave enough in the bottom so the hummus doesn’t run out.
  3. Spoon dollops of Lisa’s Chargrilled Capsicum Hummus into the cucumber cups and top with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a sprinkle of paprika.

Home-made Potato Crisp Dipper

Above: Home-made crisps are the best.

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees c.
  2. Slice potatoes into wafer thin slices.
  3. Place baking paper on oven trays and brush with olive oil. Place in oven to heat the oil.
  4. Place potato slices on warmed oven trays and brush potato with oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and bake for around 15 mins.
  6. Turn each piece and bake for another 10 minutes. Be sure to keep a close eye on your crisps as they will burn quickly.
  7. Drain crisps on a paper towel.
  8. Mix dip with a sprinkling of your favourite herbs and place in individual glasses.
  9. Top with home-made crisps.
