Simple coffee treats

I always kick-start my day with a good coffee. Now I’ve just discovered a delicious new way to enjoy coffee at the end of the day too.

Pour  freshly-made espresso over ice-cream and voila – a divine dessert. If you don’t want to be kept up all night de-caffinated coffee is a good idea.

A summer alternative is to pour freshly brewed coffee into ice cube trays and let them freeze.

When frozen pop them into a glass of cold milk – instant iced-coffee flavoured milk.
