Outrageous octogenarian Baddie Winkle shows it’s never too late to become an internet sensation. The 86-year-old from Kentucky has just landed her second big fashion campaign of the year, this time modeling a collection of swimwear for LA-based street wear company DimePiece.
The social media sensation who first rose to fame in April last year when she launched her Instagram account, showcases two of the brand’s monochrome swimsuit designs for the campaign.
Baddie, who boasts over 750,000 Instagram followers has become an American fashion icon by posting photos and videos of herself wearing badass onesies and tie-dye shirts.
Talking about this new campaign DimePiece took to Instagram saying: “This proves that you’re never too old to be the baddest bish in the room.”
The brand has always stood for timeless female empowerment and continues to encourage this mindset in its new State of Mind campaign.
It’s not the first time more mature women have been used in fashion campaigns and we’re pretty sure it won’t be the last.
