Quinoa is enjoying a food moment – again – and it’s little wonder. This protein rich super grain is packed full of vitamins and minerals and has a lovely nutty flavour.  I’ve been packing Quinoa into my diet a lot lately and I’m always on the lookout for fab new recipes so I was thrilled when I spied this goodie on one of my favourite foodie blogs, Minimalist Baker.

The Minimalist Baker is run by Portland, Oregon husband and wife team John and Dana. The pair create recipes that require just 10 ingredients or less, one bowl and all take 30 minutes or less to prepare. That’s my kind of cooking.
