For an extra spicy kick add a 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Pack an extra punch by adding a Tbsp of protein powder

Almond Milk is packed full of calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and a raft of vitamins that are all essential for a healthy body.

Oats are high in fibre and are said to help to reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. They also contain vitamins and minerals including manganese, selenium and vitamin E. They also help to keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Cinnamon helps to lower blood sugar levels and also helps to reduce heart disease risk factors.

Bananas are full of fibre, potassium, vitamin C and B6 which all help to support a healthy heart and they also contain tryptophan which is converted into serotonin – perfect for countering depression.

Coconut Yoghurt is dairy free (perfect if you’re lactose intolerant, paleo or vegan) and it’s a good source of bone-building calcium along with magnesium and vitamins B-12 and D.
