Feb Beauty Picks
As a self-confessed beauty junkie I love getting to trial new products and put them through their paces. So I’ve decided to share my top picks with you each month in this new Best In Beauty column. This month my faves include a sensual new fragrance, a body scrub with benefits and a fab new range of cosmetics arriving in New Zealand. So scroll through my virtual beauty bag below and you may just find a fab new product to love too.

  • I'm really lazy when it comes to exfoliating but this new caffeine body scrub from The Aromatherapy Co, $24.99 has been a real game changer. It not only smells amazing but leaves my whole body feeling invigorated. I'm now a two coffee a morning girl if this counts!

  • Wham bam it's Viva Glam time again. This year Miley Cyrus is fronting the campaign. As always the colours are gorgeous and with every cent going to help people living with HIV/AIDS it's a bit of a no-brainer purchase. Viva Glam Miley Cyrus Hot Pink lipstick, $40 and lipgloss, $38.

  • This pretty Lancome palette is my new fave. There are three gorgeous matte shades and three sparkly shades along with three secret shades to accentuate your look. It's a really versatile palette and the colours will suit everyone. Lancome My French Palette, $98.

  • Europe's number one cosmetics brand, Essence, has just landed in New Zealand and I'm definitely a fan. The products are really cool and the price tag is even cooler - you'll get a lip gloss for $5.20 and a bronzer for $7.90. It's the best way to try something new without breaking the bank. It's exclusive to Farmers.

  • The latest addition to the Burberry Brit Rhythm collection is a beautiful floral fragrance with a cool rock and roll edge to it. The amber wood and musk base notes give it a really sultry vibe which I love.

  • Not only is the packaging en pointe in the new Guerlain Cils D'Enfer Maxi Lash, $57 but the actual mascara is amazing. It gives my eye makeup a beautiful intensity and that's why I'm crushing on it right now.

  • I first fell in love with the quirky names of these Anatomical products and luckily the products actually stack up too. The Vanilla Body Lotion, $10.99 makes my skin feel super soft and the smell is divine without being over-powering.

  • If you love vibrant, bold lips then you'll love Revlon's new HD Matte lippies, $26.50. There are 20 incredible shades to choose from and they give great coverage without making your lips dry and flaky. These guys are the bomb dot com.

  • As soon as you get a whiff of this delicious new hand/body wash from Antipodes you'll be hooked - I was.
