Not only are they all super easy to make, but each one packs an energy-boosting health punch too. The secret ingredient that takes these smoothies to the next level is the addition of V8 Fruit & Veggie juice. Ingredients

  • 1 cup V8 Orange Mango Passion Fusion Fruit & Veggie Juice
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 Tbs Muesli (for topping)

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender except the muesli and blitz for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Top with your favourite muesli (and I added freeze dried raspberries) and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup V8 Pineapple Passion Fusion Fruit & Veggie Juice
  • 1 frozen banana (previously peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple (tinned is fine)
  • 1 handful of fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • Juice + zest of 1 lime, optional (great flavour)

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy.

Notes: Add peeled fresh ginger or fresh lemon juice to taste, if desired.

  • 1 cup V8 Forest Fruits Fusion Fruit & Veggie Juice
  • 1 frozen banana (previously peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • Coconut chips

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender (except coconut) and blitz for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Top with coconut chips and enjoy.

  • 1 frozen banana (previously peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream 

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Top with coconut chips and enjoy.

  • 1 handful of kale or spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 large pieces of cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 Tbs nut butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 Tbs ground flax or LSA 

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Top with mint and cucumber and enjoy.
