3 Healthy Treats Using Californian Medjool Dates PLUS Win A $50 Prezzy Card

Californian Medjool dates are one of my all-time favourite foods. Not only are they absolutely delicious but they’re super healthy too. I first got hooked on Californian Medjools when I was working as a waitress (no not at a cocktail bar) at one of Sydney’s most upmarket golf courses. I was at university at the time and a friend and I had a habit of raiding the restaurant’s cool room and stuffing as many Californian Medjools in our mouths because they were the creamiest, sweetest and most mouth-wateringly good healthy treats we’d ever tasted.

Years later they are still one of my favourite foods and that’s why I’ve decided to share a few of my go-to Californian Medjool date recipes with you here. Of course, these delicious vitamin-packed morsels taste perfectly great just on their own but if you’re after a few ideas then scroll down to see my faves. These recipes are all healthy alternatives to sugary treats and are perfect for curbing those pesky sweet cravings.
