In winter it’s often hard to get enough healthy foods into our diets but adding them to a smoothie makes it quick and easy – not to mention delicious. So today, in the fifth part of my Six Week Winter Wellness series, I’ve made a delicious Orange Sunshine Immunity Boosting Smoothie.

Now is the perfect time to load up on all the delicious citrus fruits available and not only will they help you fight of any nasty bugs but it is delicious and nutritious too.

ORANGE SUNSHINE IMMUNITY BOOSTING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled 
  • Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Pineapple pieces
  • Grated fresh ginger 

Method

Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
