Kick-Start Your Workout With This Banana Walnut Bliss Smoothie

In winter it’s often hard to get enough healthy foods into our diets but adding them to a smoothie makes it quick and easy – not to mention delicious. So today, in the third part of my Six Week Winter Wellness series, I’ve made a delicious Pre-Workout Banana Walnut Bliss Smoothie.

This smoothie will not only help to kick start your workout but it will give you the sustained energy you need to last the distance. It’s also easy to whip up so you can make it as you’re racing out the door.

Banana Walnut Bliss Pre-Workout smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Breeze Almond Milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • handful walnut pieces

Method

Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
